Position: Customer Care Representative

You will report to the Manager of Customer Care, and will serve as a liaison between manufacturing and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include placing, reviewing, and updating orders. You’ll handle customer inquiries, check stock, check order status, and expedite product. You’ll connect callers with technical support as needed. This position requires lots of attention to detail, assertiveness, a sense of urgency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment or with tangible products
- PC skills: proficiency in Excel and speedy keyboarding ability
- Experience using JD Edwards or other business management software
