As our Data and Inventory Analyst, you will report to the Supervisor Supply Chain Analysis to input and manage data integrity, and to analyze inventory requirements for stocking and conversion issues.
Maintain JDE manufacturing system for routings, product structures, bill of materials, work standards, planning parameters, etc.
Attend ECO meetings. Notify/communicate updates regarding closed ECOs weekly to the affected parties in the supply chain group.
Serve as quotations specialist for active part changes which includes quoting cost changes related to manufactured or purchased parts. Maintain the Quotation Log Database and distribute the quote output to requesting parties.
Cross-train and serve as back-up to other analyst and coordinator roles within the team.
- 4-year degree in operations management, industrial management, business analytics, etc.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in materials management or related field (finance or industrial engineering acceptable)
- Microsoft Excel, intermediate user; Microsoft Access experience a plus
- ERP experience; JD Edwards experience a plus
